This cyber security eLearning concept project aims to immerse employees of an international fashion startup in behaviors that protect against costly cyberattacks. I initiated the project by creating a project plan and charter using ATD's project management tools.

Next, I conducted a needs assessment with Cathy Moore’s Action Mapping technique and an ATD-inspired questionnaire. During the storyboarding phase, I developed a text-based storyboard focused on experiential learning, crafting real-life scenarios that target unwanted behaviors. This project will be developed on Articulate Storyline, featuring multiple-choice questions that present real-life consequences for full immersion. A mentor will also be available for learners seeking deeper engagement.

Additionally, I designed visual mockups, wireframes, and brand identity elements to ensure a consistent learning experience. I animated the first scene using Create Studio, which is available below.

This animated video showcases scenes 1.2 to 1.4 from the above scenario-based eLearning project. I created each scene using Create Studio, a program similar to the Vyond animation software, but with the added feature of 3D character animations.
These scenes were developed to be seamlessly integrated into Articulate Storyline, complete with transitions between each scene.
Webinar Slides Redesign

Webinar Slides
Redesign
In this concept project, I redesigned three webinar slides for AMA and Stanford Medicine which were difficult for the learners to process for a variety of reasons. I ensured that the new designs were visually appealing and pedagogically sound by applying Richard Mayer’s principles of multimedia learning and focusing on improving their effectiveness from a learning perspective.

I also described the rationale behind my revisions, which enhance the learning experience by providing clearer cognitive guidance and making the content more accessible and engaging for the audience.
I showcased my ability to critically assess and improve educational materials, communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, and apply instructional design principles in a real-world context.

This interactive book was created as a lead magnet for a new online French language learning platform. My role involved researching the ideal platform tailored to the project's specific needs, conducting content research, writing the content, generating AI images, recording audio, and integrating everything onto the platform.

Train The Trainer
Facilitator Guide
A few years ago, while teaching at an International School, I volunteered to develop innovative workshops for CNN’s Call to Earth Day, collaborating closely with my fellow teachers. One of these workshops, "Make Your Beeswax Wraps," was broadcasted worldwide.

This excerpt from the Train the Trainer workshop I created is designed to empower corporate trainers to facilitate sessions that align with their green innovation programs.

Museum Digital Learning Resource
In this concept project, I acted as a consulting instructional designer for the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, tasked with developing a content storyboard for a digital learning resource focused on the portrait of First Lady Michelle Obama, part of the upcoming exhibition "Amy Sherald: American Sublime."
I curated four engaging web resources, for which I crafted a framing text that guided the audience's exploration, encouraging curiosity and deeper understanding of the artwork's context, including the artist's background and the cultural significance of the portrait.
This approach transformed a mere painting description into a meaningful learning experience, aligning with the museum's mission to make art accessible and engaging for all ages.
